I led the development of a POC for an AI system to automate manual quality control processes. My responsibilities included conducting initial workshops with key stakeholders, defining the POC scope, delivering the POC, and identifying potential suppliers. The legacy system involved human reviewers listening to audio and video recordings to check for specific information. The goal was to significantly reduce manual efforts by leveraging AI for automatic transcription, information extraction, fact-checking, and quality assessment.
